Victor Wembanyama has been making headlines for what has been generally perceived as dirty play that prompted his ejection in Game 4 of the Western Conference Semifinals between the San Antonio Spurs and the Minnesota Timberwolves.

With over eight minutes left in the second quarter of Game 4, Wembanyama was caught dropping a hard right elbow on Naz Reid, hitting the neck of the Wolves' big man who immediately landed on the ground.
Wembanyama was subsequently ejected from the play, as the Spurs suffered without him in the 114-109 eventual loss.
In the wake of the uproar and reaction of many about this viral moment from the French superstar, former NBA star Dwight Howard dropped an intriguing piece of advice on Wembanyama via X (Formerly Twitter).
On his end, Reid actually had no issue with the controversial incident with Wembanyama.
In an interesting decision, it was already announced that the NBA isn't fining or suspending Wembanyama for elbowing Reid in the upcoming Game 5 between the Spurs and the Wolves.
As both teams are now tied at 2-2, the series shifts back to San Antonio for a pivotal fifth game on Tuesday night.
Wembanyama has averaged 18.3 points, 12.3 rebounds and 4.8 blocks this second round so far against Minnesota.
