Charles Barkley Has Prediction for Crucial Pistons-Cavaliers Game 4 Matchup

The Detroit Pistons and Cleveland Cavaliers will face off in a critical Game 4 matchup on Monday night.

So far, both teams have held serve at their respective home courts. The No. 1 seed Pistons won the opening two games in Detroit, and the Cavaliers bounced back with a victory at Cleveland’s Rocket Arena in Game 3.

NBA analyst Charles Barkley believes Cavaliers big men Jarrett Allen and Evan Mobley will step up and deliver solid performances in Monday night’s Game 4 clash.

“My twin towers are going to step up in Game 4. Mobley and Allen,” Barkley said. “I’m guaranteeing it.”

Allen had a few massive performances in the Cavaliers’ first-round series win over the Toronto Raptors, including a 22-point, 19-rebound outing in Game 7. He’s averaging 20 points over the Cavaliers’ last two games, but has yet to secure more than seven rebounds against the Pistons.

Mobley’s production has also dropped in Round 2, averaging just 12 points and six rebounds per game. The 2024-25 NBA Defensive Player of the Year averaged 18.1 points and 8.6 rebounds per game in the first round.

The Cavaliers were led by some elite back-court play in Game 3. Donovan Mitchell finished the game with 35 points and 10 rebounds, and James Harden recorded 19 points and seven assists.

Game 4 will tipoff at 8 p.m. ET on Monday.
