Leeds United named as admirers of Leicester City’s teenage sensation Jeremy Monga
Leeds United are reportedly among the Premier League admirers of Leicester City prodigy Jeremy Monga.
The left-sided winger has already made 37 senior appearances for the Foxes, yet does not turn 17 until July.
An England youth international, Monga became the Premier League’s second-youngest player when he made his debut against Newcastle United at just 15 years and 271 days old last year.

Leeds United linked with Leicester City prodigy
According to talkSPORT, the 16-year-old has a raft of admirers following Leicester’s humiliating relegation to League One.
Leeds are said to be among them, while Arsenal and Newcastle are also thought to be fans of the tricky wideman.
Manchester United are believed to have held talks and it has even been claimed a move to Germany could be on the cards for Monga, with Bayer Leverkusen and RB Leipzig having both been linked.
It is incredibly rare for such a young player to have experienced so much senior football and it is hardly a surprise to see Premier League giants being credited with interest.
Leicester will be reluctant to lose Monga, although back-to-back relegations have left the Foxes susceptible to advances.
Leeds would arguably be able to give Monga a quicker path to first-team football than the likes of Arsenal and Manchester United, who have an embarassment of riches.
However, Leeds’ 3-4-2-1 formation does not utilise wingers and this could be a factor unless Monga is willing to operate elsewhere.

Leeds United’s young prospects
Monga would arguably become Leeds’ most exciting teenage prospect if he moved to Elland Road, although there are some potential gems in the ranks as it is.
Under-21s duo Jayden Lienou and Rhys Chadwick were both named on the bench for Leeds’ trip to Tottenham Hotspur last night (May 11). Both have featured in first-team training and are well thought of by manager Daniel Farke and his coaching team.
There is also plenty of excitement regarding 17-year-old forward Harry Gray, who ended the 2025/26 season on loan at Rotherham United in League One.
