A fan named Maverick Johnson posted on X, formerly known as Twitter, that he had spotted Antetokounmpo at the Milwaukee County Zoo while the former MVP was spending time with one of his children.
“GIANNIS UPDATE: currently 3 feet away from him at the Milwaukee Zoo. No I will not be bothering him because I am not an a**hole,” Johnson wrote Saturday alongside a photo of Antetokounmpo pushing a stroller.
Antetokounmpo later reposted the message and responded directly.

Trade speculation involving Antetokounmpo has intensified in recent weeks after the Bucks missed the postseason. Reports have linked several teams to the two-time MVP, though Milwaukee has consistently maintained a strong stance regarding his value.
According to a recent report from the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel’s Jim Owczarski, roughly 10 teams could realistically pursue Antetokounmpo if Milwaukee were ever willing to entertain trade discussions.
“Multiple league sources told the Journal Sentinel that while 29 other teams would of course be ‘interested' in Antetokounmpo, there may be about 10 teams that could truly make a run at the two-time MVP,” Owczarski wrote.
“Heading into the February trade deadline, team sources maintained to the Journal Sentinel that any potential deal for the star would require ‘everything' in terms of young players and future draft assets. If the Bucks maintain such a firm stance on a big return, it might be more indicative of the team's willingness to continue to retool around its star.”
Antetokounmpo remains under contract with Milwaukee and has repeatedly emphasized his desire to compete for championships. Despite the uncertainty surrounding the organization, the veteran forward continues to be one of the league’s most closely watched players heading into the summer.
