Season 7 of NBA 2K26 launches this Friday, May 15, and it's arriving at exactly the right moment. The WNBA tips off its 30th season this week, the NBA postseason is heading toward its final chapter, and 2K is threading both storylines into one of the bigger seasonal drops the game has had in a while. Here's everything coming in Season 7, from MyCAREER rewards to the return of a classic Park map and the GOAT card at the end of the MyTEAM track.
Angel Reese Takes Center Stage as Season 7's Cover Star
Atlanta Dream forward Angel Reese headlines Season 7 as the cover athlete. She's one of the most visible players entering her third WNBA season, and 2K has designed Season 7's narrative around her start with the Dream. In MyCAREER, the story this season is about new chapters: whether you're staying loyal to the franchise that drafted you or writing something new, echoing Reece's own career.
The WNBA regular season is also officially here in-game, and the seasonal rewards reflect it: completing the full Season 7 track in The W Online earns you an Atlanta Dream Basketball, an Atlanta Dream Jersey Card, and 5,000 VC. Finally, weekly rewards rotate through Tops and Necklaces for Gemini and Cancer signs along with a W Race Helmet.
Rivet City Park Is Back, and It Still Runs the City
The Park has a notable return in Season 7: Rivet City Park, a remastered version of the iconic industrial complex first introduced in NBA 2K16. If you were around for 2K16, you know the map. The Season 7 return gives squads a chance to run the leaderboard on it again, with winning streaks at the heart of the competitive structure.
Running consecutive wins on Rivet City gets your crew up the Park leaderboard, which should create some genuinely heated sessions once the servers open Friday. If the community takes to it the way they did in 2K16, expect the Rivet City Park queues to be crowded for the first few weeks.
MyCAREER Season 7 Reward Track: Dune Buggy, Moondog, and a Cap Breaker
The free MyCAREER rewards track for Season 7 runs 40 levels. The standouts:
Level 18: Dune Buggy Vehicle
Level 19: 'Moondog,' the Cleveland Cavaliers mascot
Level 39: Low Poly Baller cosmetic
Level 40: +1 Cap Breaker
The Cap Breaker at Level 40 is the one that'll move the needle for players still building out their MyPLAYER. Cap Breakers have been among the most practically valuable rewards in recent seasons, and getting one through the free track keeps that grind feeling worthwhile for players who aren't buying in on the Season Pass.
MyTEAM: GOAT Michael Jordan At Level 40
Season 7's MyTEAM rewards track is built around star power from the jump. The Level 1 reward is an Invincible Angel Reese card, which is a strong opening, but the track's real pull is at the other end. Level 40 delivers a G.O.A.T. Michael Jordan card (SG/SF), continuing the trend of powerful Level 40 rewards every season this year, and Level 28 gives you a Dark Matter Phil Jackson Coach Card to match with your MJ.
Additional high-end cards are available in Season 7 through other MyTEAM avenues, with Invincible, Dark Matter, and 100 OVR cards, including John Stockton, spread across the season's content pool. If you're chasing the Jordan card through the free track, clear your schedule for some extended MyTEAM sessions in the next couple of weeks.
Pro Pass and Hall of Fame Pass Season 7 Rewards
The Season 7 Pro Pass unlocks 40 levels of premium content alongside the free track. Automatic rewards include a Cold Blooded Viper Mask and a Premium After Hours Outfit. The paid premium rewards include:
Level 6: Animated Medallion
Level 20: Animated Boxing Robe
Level 30: 'Hooper,' the Detroit Pistons Mascot
Level 40: Pro Pass G.O.A.T. Michael Jordan (PG/SG)
That's a second GOAT Jordan variant, at a different position, locked behind the Pro Pass. The two Jordan cards together cover three positions between them (SG/SF on the free track, PG/SG on the Pro Pass), which is a meaningful card if you're building MyTEAM lineups around him across multiple roles. Pro Pass and Hall of Fame Pass are available for separate purchase.
