The surgery on Murray was performed by Dr. David Porter in Carmel, Ind. The Kings forward is expected to recover in around six to eight weeks, as he is now set to continue his rehabilitation.

He only managed to play 23 games, as ankle injuries have completely marred his entire 2025-26 campaign.

Murray averaged 14.0 points, 5.7 rebounds, 1.7 assists, 1.6 blocks and 1.0 steals per game.

The Kings capped off their regular season with a lowly 22-win campaign, 14th in the Western Conference standings. They are set to pick the seventh pick of this year's NBA Draft.
