The New York Knicks made everyone see that they are a serious contender after bodyslamming the Philadelphia 76ers in four games in their second-round series in the playoffs.
As he has done all season, Karl-Anthony Towns was instrumental in their sweep of the 76ers, averaging 15.5 points, 8.0 rebounds, 7.5 assists, and 1.3 blocks.
The Knicks are waiting for the winner of the second-round matchup between the Detroit Pistons and the Cleveland Cavaliers.
In the meantime, Towns has some extra time for his hobbies, including collecting sports cards.
Recently, the 30-year-old center was outbid for Randy Orton's Wrestlemania 41 patch autograph card, which sold for $42,100 at auction on eBay. Now, he wants everybody to see that he is not messing around with John Cena's similar card, placing a $60,000 bounty for it.
“If you pull the one-of-one 2026 Royalty John Cena Wrestlemania Patch Auto, The Big Bodega is offering a $60,000 cashout for this card,” said Towns on his Instagram page for his trading cards.
“Happy hunting. You know where to find us.”

Fans and fellow hobbyists, however, quickly said Towns will have to pay more than that if he does not want to get outbid again.
“Dawg, that’s selling for 100K easy, LOL,” said @mikeybuzz.
“Cute, but this card is going to hit 100K easy based on the Randy,” echoed @maddierabbles.
“Might even peak 200K, honestly. Win another In-Season Tournament, and you'll be good,” joked @jason_.beaver.
“This ain’t holding up, but nice to see WWE getting some love,” posted @kaygee_collects.
“You better double that, at least, or you’re missing out again for sure. There’s no reason in hell that card's worth less than $150K,” wrote @collectionofsole.
KAT has publicly shared his lifelong interest in sports cards, saying he used to buy and sell them online before he made it to the NBA.
