Antonio Nusa is the latest name being touted with a move to Liverpool this summer - and Erling Haaland has already given the Reds a glowing review of the winger.
The Reds are on course for another huge transfer window, even if another spending spree like last year is unlikely. With big names departing and a number of issues developing across his squad, Arne Slot will need the backing of FSG for some new faces.
At least one new forward should be the priority, with Mohamed Salah bringing the curtain down on his nine years at the club at the end of the current campaign, while Hugo Ekitike will miss the start of next season through injury.

Slot has already admitted that Liverpool’s summer business will be shaped by Ekitike’s absence, and, according to The i Paper, there are a number of options already being looked at in attack.
Yan Diomande and Bradley Barcola are once again named, with Liveprool said to be willing to spend up to $100 million on the former, while Nusa is also mentioned.
The 21-year-old is a teammate of Diomande at RB Leipzig, with Nusa primarily playing on the left, meaning he may not necessarily be seen as a direct replacement for Salah.

Nevertheless, Nusa is a player that has been linked with a move to Anfield in the past, and there is no doubt that Liverpool needs to add some pace to its attack in the summer, whichever wing it targets.
And the Reds may well take some advice from Haaland. The Manchester City striker is an international teammate of Nusa’s, and he holds the winger in high regard.
"He’s exceptional,” Haaland said back in 2024. “We need to be careful not to put too much pressure on him, even though he’s incredibly talented. His continued development is what matters most.”

The links with Nusa come after Diomande spoke out on his future amid the ongoing speculation linking him with another transfer this summer. The 19-year-old has enjoyed a superb debut season in the Bundesliga, with 13 goals and nine assists in 35 appearances to his name.

"You gonna be happy and motivate to do more," Diomande told reporters (via GOAL).
"I don't really think about this kind of thing because I'm trying to be focused on the pitch and because my job is playing football so [his representatives] gonna take care of everything outside of the pitch. So this kind of thing gives me a lot of motivation to see a lot of clubs speaking about you and stuff like this, but I'm focused."
