Mikel Arteta will be working behind the scenes to ensure Arsenal get over the line against Burnley and Crystal Palace and become Premier League champions.

However, the Spaniard could right his wrongs this season by winning a historic double, which would include a league title over Pep Guardiola’s mighty Manchester City side.
City have beaten the Gunners to two league titles and the chance to seek revenge against the Sky Blues would be one that Mikel Arteta would be relishing.

Burnley’s ‘Big Six’ away record in 2026 is a warning for Arsenal
Burnley have not lost a single game away from home to a ‘Big Six’ side in the Premier League in 2026, a statistic which is enough evidence for Arsenal not to take the contest lightly.
Chelsea 1-1 Burnley
Liverpool 1-1 Burnley
The Clarets have secured a point against both Chelsea and Liverpool at Stamford Bridge and Anfield respectively. While some may argue that it is just two games, Burnley have also managed to restrict Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester United to draws as well, albeit at Turf Moor.
Aside from their 1-0 loss to Manchester City, they are yet to lose to a Big Six club this year.
Arsenal are expected to thrash Burnley and rightly so, considering Michael Jackson’s side have been relegated from the Premier League while the Gunners sit at the top of the table.
However, even top teams like Arsenal could be in for a tough contest, as Aston Villa experienced when they drew 2-2 to the 19th-placed side.
Phil Foden has hinted at Arsenal vs Burnley prediction
Until the title is won, Mikel Arteta will be trying to remind his players not to count their chickens before they hatch.
However, it seems like Phil Foden expects Arsenal to beat Burnley and backs Crystal Palace to potentially do Manchester City a favour if the title race go down to the wire.
Foden said: “We have to keep pushing and keep them on their toes. Lots of things can happen on the final day, I’ve experienced it many times when the game doesn’t go your way. We have our part to play.”
