Ousmane Dembele has claimed that Paris Saint-Germain have 'something big' planned for the UEFA Champions League final. Mikel Arteta will look to win Europe's elite competition for the first time in Arsenal's history when he locks horns with Luis Enrique at the Puskas Arena on May 30.
On Wednesday night, the French giants defeated RC Lens to clinch the Ligue 1 title. PSG will then wrap up their domestic campaign on Sunday evening when they face Paris FC at the Stade Jean-Bouin before taking just under two weeks off to prepare for the Champions League final in Budapest.
With just Europe's elite competition left to play for, Dembele has revealed that he and his teammates are planning 'something big' for the showpiece event later this month. As quoted by TNT Sports, the 29-year-old forward said: "As we said, we especially want to prepare for the final on May 30.
"We had to play a serious match [against Lens on Wednesday night]. We have another one on Sunday. We are going to celebrate because it is official, we are champions."

PSG have the opportunity to become the first team since Real Madrid in 2018 to win back-to-back Champions League titles. Another successful campaign would only boost Dembele's chances of being awarded a successive Ballon d'Or.
Putting Arsenal on red alert, the France international, who was recently named the Ligue 1 Player of the Season, added: "As I said, individual trophies, they come after. If it comes, that's good; if it doesn't come, that's how it is.

"The most important thing is the team titles. We won Ligue 1, the European Supercup, and the Intercontinental Cup. On May 30, we have something big for PSG fans."
Earlier this week, Enrique refused to attend an awards ceremony in Paris in order to begin his preparations for the Champions League final against Arsenal. Nuno Mendes, Willian Pacho, Achraf Hakimi, Vitinha and Dembele were all named in the team of the season, but the Spaniard chose not to show up and see his players pick up their trophies.
"I never go to these kinds of events, I prefer to stay home, I need to study Arsenal," said the PSG boss. "But I’m very happy to see PSG players recognised, it’s well deserved.

"Those who win trophies do so because they deserve them. Congratulations to Pierre Sage, who deserved the best coach award. What he did this season at Lens is incredible."
Enrique later added: "We’ll play a match the weekend before the final. We’ll prepare for the training load. But I’m not worried. When your goal is a Champions League final, you’re ready after a month or even a day of rest. It won’t be a problem."
PSG will have 12-days to prepare for the Champions League final, meanwhile, Arsenal will have just five. The Gunners are set to face Burnley at the Emirates Stadium on Monday night before playing the final game of the Premier League season on Sunday afternoon.
