Liverpool has announced that mosaics will be displayed at Anfield ahead of Mohamed Salah and Andy Robertson’s final game for the club.
The Reds host Brentford in their last fixture of the season, with Champions League qualification potentially still on the line. If Bournemouth picks up any points against Manchester City on Tuesday, it could still overtake Liverpool in the race for the Premier League’s top five.
The game will mark Salah and Robertson’s final appearance for the club, with both players departing in the summer after spending nine years, during which they have written their names into Liverpool’s history.

Salah’s departure was announced earlier this year, with the winger having reached an agreement for the final year of his contract to be waived, while Robertson will leave as his contract expires.
To mark their final game for the club, Liverpool has confirmed that fans will display mosaics to both players ahead of kick-off on Sunday.
The Kop will lead the tribute to Salah, while the lower Sir Kenny Dalglish Stand will honor Robertson as they bring the curtain down on their Liverpool careers.
The announcement comes just days after Salah seemingly fired more shots at Reds boss Arne Slot, having aired his frustrations at the club’s poor season following the defeat to Aston Villa.

“Us crumbling to yet another defeat this season was very painful and not what our fans deserve,” Salah posted on social media.
“I want to see Liverpool go back to being the heavy metal attacking team that opponents fear and back to being a team that wins trophies. That is the football I know how to play and that is the identity that needs to be recovered and kept for good. It cannot be negotiable and everyone that joins this club should adapt to it.
“Winning some games here and there is not what Liverpool should be about. All teams win games.
“Liverpool will always be a club that means a great deal to me and to my family. I want to see it succeed for long after I have moved on.”

Salah’s statement has led to calls from former Manchester United star Wayne Rooney for Slot to drop the winger for Sunday’s game, although Liverpool’s statement looks to have confirmed that he will play some part.
The Reds may well need some kind of result against Brentford to book their place in next season’s Champions League, depending on the outcome of Bournemouth’s game against City tomorrow, with Salah making his feelings clear on the job in hand.

“As I’ve always said, qualifying to next season’s Champions League is the bare minimum and I will do everything I can to make that happen,” he added in his statement.
