Aston Villa have unveiled their new adidas home kit.

The Villans will wear it from the start of next season as they return to the Champions League, after winning this season’s Europa League.

And the club say the new design “is inspired by the club’s designs from the 1960s”.

“The kit honours the more unconventional claret and blue concepts from that era with a clean and elegant look, creating a departure from the raglan sleeved home shirts that Villa have worn in the modern era, usually finished with gold detailing,” said Villa.

“The authentic jersey is engineered with CLIMACOOL+ technology, which allows players to remain cool and comfortable whilst on pitch, with ventilation features that allows air to flow over the body naturally and sweat-wicking and quick-drying fabric keeps players dry,” they added.

“Shorts and socks in the ‘glow blue’ shade will accompany the claret shirt.”

The new shirt has a collar in the ‘glow blue’ shade with claret trim, the adidas stripes on the arms are the same shade of blue as is the adidas logo and the lion and other detailing on the badge.

The new 2026/27 home kit will go on sale on Thursday, May 28, from 9am at Villa Park, the club’s Bullring store and online at Villa’s official store and adidas.

The new front of shirt sponsor is still to be confirmed, with the deal with Betano coming to an end this summer.

You will be able to buy the new home kit from Villa's official online store HERE.
