Much has been said about Leeds United boss Daniel Farke over the last couple of weeks. The German has lead the team to safety in their first season back in the top flight.
Guiding the Whites to a 14th place finish should be respected and rewarded. The Leeds fanbase are very pleased with Farke, but as things stand his future is unclear.

In the last few weeks, he has been speaking on the club’s ambition and future plans ahead of next season.
Simon Jordan goes on live on-air rant about Leeds United boss
He has made it clear that Leeds United need to learn from what happened with Bielsa after the 2020 season. The club failed to back him and add quality to the team, which eventually saw them decline.
Leeds were relegated in 2023, and it has been a long journey to bring them back up.
However, some are not pleased with the way Farke has handled things in the media. Simon Jordan went on a rant on talkSPORT, criticizing the Leeds boss for not handling the matter in private.
“I think Daniel Farke, for a very mature manager who was able to change the course of the season and weather the storm of people calling for a change of his management at the beginning of the season, is a fool for having an internal conversation externally.
“It doesn’t benefit anyone. Who are you warning? What are you doing? Why are you doing it?
“The media can lead you to that conversation, but you can control your mouth.
“You can still maintain a view which isn’t so unnecessary.
“This is a perfectly reasonable conversation to have with the owner – I want to push the envelope, I want ambition, this club can’t be scared, we can do this.
“He can have this conversation internally.”

Daniel Farke has every right to call out the 49ers
Any manager has the right to ask for reinforcements and improvements to the team if they had a season like Farke has had. This year, the relegation battle spanned weeks, with safety being clinched just two games before the end of the season.
It was a hard fought battle, and Leeds did manage to survive.
All Farke is pushing for now is for the team not to fall into a slump in the second season. The 49ers need to improve upon the team if they want to stay at the same level heading into next season.
If they fail to do that, all the blame lies on their shoulders next year.
