Everton boss David Moyes is eyeing a move to raid West Ham following their relegation to address problems in his own squad, according to The Telegraph.
The Toffees had a disappointing end to their campaign in the Premier League after they fell from European contention down to 13th place in the table, but the club are now looking to bolster the squad to find a way to climb up the table next season.
One position has emerged as a serious priority for the Scot, and he is ready to raid his former club to do it following their relegation down to the Championship.
Everton Eyeing Cut-Price Wan-Bissaka Deal

According to Mike McGrath, Everton are eyeing a £10m deal to sign Hammers star Wan-Bissaka this summer to strengthen the right-back position.
Wan-Bissaka, who has been described as a 'ridiculously good' defender by James Maddison, joined the east London club in a £15m deal back in 2024 from Manchester United, and had been a regular under Julen Lopetegui, Graham Potter, and Nuno Espirito Santo.
Wan-Bissaka is under contract at the London Stadium until 2031 after signing a seven-year deal upon his arrival, but with West Ham needing to raise around £150m through player sales following their drop to the Championship, it's believed that he could be allowed to leave on the cheap.
The 28-year-old is set to shine at the World Cup this summer after being selected in DR Congo's 26-man squad, where they will take on Cristiano Ronaldo's Portugal, Colombia, and minnows Uzbekistan.
Everton Can Capitalise on Mass Exodus
David Moyes
The Toffees know that they will have limited funds this summer, and they have a lot of positions in the squad that they are keen to strengthen to get up to the level they aspire to be at.
Right-back has been a problem position for a number of years, and with Seamus Coleman set to depart after 17 years, and Nathan Patterson also expected to depart, right-back is expected to be targeted as a priority.
Jake O'Brien will be able to move across to centre-back, and Wan-Bissaka would bring great experience and quality for a cheap fee, and would undoubtedly help Everton have a stronger squad for next season if they can get this deal over the line.
