Oliver Glasner insists Crystal Palace can soar to Conference League glory tonight - and then win the Europa League next season as well.
The Austrian, who is eyeing a third trophy with the Eagles in his final match at the helm, wants his players to use last summer's UEFA ruling as fuel to "get what we should have got this year."
Glasner said ahead of facing Rayo Vallecano: "I don't like to tell what I'm telling the players but yesterday they had a nice farewell to me and I said a few words.
"I said the best thing would of course be winning but not just for winning tomorrow, because then the players will be allowed to leave and we'll get next year what we should have had this year.
"I would like to watch on TV them starting in the Europa League with the desire and the confidence that we can win the Europa League.
"This would make me really happy because then I think we created a mindset, all together, where it's always successful.
"That doesn't mean you win a trophy every single year but in the end, you always get the best out of every single player.
"That's why I hope we win tomorrow and these players can play European football next year again."
Unfortunately, Adam Wharton and central defender Chris Richards both remain doubts.
They trained yesterday in London but Richards was unable to complete the session and both stars remain in pain amid ankle problems.
Glasner noted he will not start any player that is not "100 per cent."

He explained: "I won't tell you if they can start or not but they were available today in training.
"The medical department will work late into the night and I will talk to them again tomorrow morning.
"If I have a bit of concern, they won't start but it's positive they could train without big issues.
"Of course, they have pain but many players have some pain after a long season."
Dean Henderson also revealed the Crystal Palace squad put together an emotional video montage with personal messages for their beloved boss ahead of his farewell.
