Fourth warm-up game is added by Luton
Luton have announced they will head to League Two side Barnet for a pre-season friendly as they build up to their League One campaign.

The Hatters are due to make the trip to The Hive on Saturday, July 18, to take on a Bees side managed by former Hatters midfielder Dean Brennan that finished eighth in the third tier last term. Kick-off is at 1pm, with supporters welcome to attend, as prices have been set as, Adult: £14; 65+: £9; Teen (13-19): £3; U13: £1.
A statement on Town’s official website said: “A fourth date for the Hatters’ pre-season friendly schedule has been confirmed with a second local away day as Jack Wilshere takes his squad to Barnet on Saturday 18th July. The Hertfordshire side are managed by former Town youngster Dean Brennan, who led them to promotion from the National League in 2024/25. The Bees just missed out on the League Two play-offs last term, with another ex-Kenilworth Road academy player, Callum Stead, scoring 15 times – including eight in his last five appearances of the season.
"This fixture follows on from the opening match of pre-season at our non-league neighbours Hitchin Town on Saturday 11th July, with Dutch top-flight outfit Go Ahead Eagles visiting Kenilworth Road on Sunday 2nd August. Town will also play a friendly at the end of a week-long training camp in Spain on Saturday 25th July, with our opposition and kick-off time currently in the final stages of being confirmed. We are able to advise, however, that it will be a morning kick-off at the Pinatar Arena, with supporters welcome to attend.”
Pre-season friendly dates so far – Saturday, July 11: Hitchin Town (a) – 1pm. Saturday, July 18: Barnet (a) – 1pm. Saturday, July 25: July: Opposition TBC – Pinatar Arena, Murcia. Sunday, August 2: Go Ahead Eagles (h) – 1pm.
