Newcastle have just received a £70m+ bid for one of their players, according to journalist David Ornstein.
It could be a hectic summer transfer window for the Magpies, especially if they are willing to cash in on some of their stars.
Eddie Howe's side will need to bring in reinforcements to replace them, and they'll be looking to strengthen the squad regardless after a disappointing season.
Newcastle finished in the bottom half of the Premier League, which is unacceptable for a side that has been competing for European places of late.
As a result of their struggles, some of their key players will be looking for the exit door, hoping to find a side competing in Europe.

Newcastle United manager Eddie Howe looks on
According to The Athletic's Ornstein, Newcastle have received a bid worth over £70m for Anthony Gordon from Barcelona.
Gordon, described as 'world-class' by Newcastle midfielder Joe Willock, has reportedly already agreed personal terms to join the La Liga giants.
According to Ornstein, Gordon still has interest from Bayern Munich, but it appears Barcelona are looking to get ahead in the race to secure his signature.
The former Everton winger was dropped by Newcastle boss Howe towards the end of the season, signalling that a departure was looking likely.
Howe Correct With Gordon Decision

With Gordon clearly desperate to leave the Magpies, Howe was correct in his decision to drop him from the squad in the final weeks of the Premier League season.
The England international has clearly had his head turned, and he was barely contributing for the Magpies this season anyway.
Gordon scored just three Premier League non-penalty goals and produced only two assists throughout the 2025/2026 campaign.
Receiving a fee of over £70m for a player that doesn't want to be there is great business for Newcastle, allowing them to significantly strengthen their squad in the summer transfer window.
