And that will not change because they are facing WSL champions Manchester City on cup final day at Wembley.
Fran Kirby is coming to the end of her second season working with head coach Vidosic and enjoys the way he asks them to play in possession.
Kirby told The Argus: “I think it's to be brave on the ball, be fluid.
“We're really aggressive in the way that we play.
“We like to high-press, we like to be in and around the ball.
“He has a clear style that he wants to play and maybe some people from the outside don't see it.
“But we know on the pitch what he expects from us and it's really clear, really concise.
“There's always going to be questions, but this is the way we want to play.
“I really enjoy playing that style of football because I want to be playing for a manager who wants to play football and wants to keep possession.
“It’s just the bravery part in terms of taking the risks, being strong.
“Things aren't going to work, but we're going to keep doing it.
“I think last season I had a few heart attacks with the way that we were playing and he was trying to implement his style, but I think this year the girls have really taken it on board.
“There is going to be an element of nerves. I think that's completely normal going into a major final.
“It shows that it means something. But it's how you compose yourself.”
