Blackpool have announced that Bailey Peacock-Farrell will remain at Bloomfield Road after agreeing a new deal.
Bailey Peacock-Farrell has penned a new one-year deal to remain with Blackpool.
The goalkeeper initially joined the Seasiders on loan from Birmingham City last summer, but the move was made permanent back in January following the mutual termination of his contract at St. Andrew’s.
Across the 2025/26 campaign, the Northern Ireland international featured 42 times in League One, during which time he kept 11 clean sheets.
While the 29-year-old did experience a nervy start to life with Blackpool, he was able to improve as the season progressed, and produced some vital saves in the club’s fight against relegation.
With his winter deal only being a short-term arrangement, new terms were required between the two parties - with an agreement being reached following a month of negotiations.
Peacock-Farrell brings experience to the Seasiders squad, having made over 200 senior appearances since making his first-team debut for Leeds United in 2016.
His CV also includes a spell in the Premier League with Burnley, a loan spell with Sheffield Wednesday, and 53 caps for his nation.
