It marks the club's first appearance in the showpiece contest since 2006 as they aim to become European champions for the first time.
Following their Premier League triumph, Mikel Arteta's side now face the holders after PSG beat Inter Milan in last year's final.
Morgan is already planning his celebrations in the event his beloved Arsenal beat the Ligue 1 champions this weekend.
The broadcaster celebrated the club's league title win with several members of the squad on Sunday.

He had been invited onto the pitch at Selhurst Park for the trophy lift after attending their final day victory over Crystal Palace.
Despite being criticised by some for joining the squad's post-match party, Morgan has vowed to do the same if they beat PSG.
The 61-year-old has even promised to go a step further and sport a full Arsenal kit in similar fashion to Terry in 2012.
Terry infamously ran onto the pitch in his Chelsea strip after they beat Bayern Munich to win the Champions League 14 years ago.
His antics came despite the then Blues captain missing the match through suspension.
However, it did not stop Terry from lifting the trophy in his full Chelsea kit.

Morgan's full kit celebration
Morgan joined Ally McCoist and TNT Sports' Laura Woods on Friday's talkSPORT Breakfast show to look ahead to the final.
Revealing his plans, he explained: "I’ve had a bit of stick for having the audacity to accept an invitation having paid full price for four tickets two months ago to Selhurst Park for what turned out to be the trophy fun.
"Then I got invited to the chairman’s lounge, had a great time, met all the Arsenal guys and then got invited to go down to pitchside for the trophy lift.
"If there’s an Arsenal fan on God’s earth who would have said no in that moment I’d like their name and details please. So as Conor McGregor would say, I apologise for absolutely nothing.
"If we win the Champions League tomorrow night, I am bringing a full Arsenal kit to Budapest and if we win the Champions League, I’m pulling a full John Terry everybody."
Arsenal's Champions League hopes
Arsenal will be appearing in the Champions League final for only the second time in their history.

On this occasion, they take on PSG in Budapest, with kick-off at 5pm on Saturday live on talkSPORT.

As well as winning their first Premier League title for 22 years this season, Arsenal are also unbeaten in the Champions League this term.
