This next week will consist of sharp pads, mobility, mindset and media. I love fight week, especially at home. It's a time to enjoy the fruits of my labour, soak up the amazing support and for us as a group to show Dana White why this was the right decision to launch Zuffa's UK venture with this show in Bournemouth.

The public weigh in will be on Friday at the BIC at a time TBC. Be great to have as many of you there as possible.

This camp has been really enjoyable. I have changed a few things ever so slightly with my strength and conditioning which has really complimented the boxing work Shane and I have done. I am now much more rounded as an athlete and boxer.

It's been so long since my last fight week (over a year) but this feeling feels all too familiar. I have excitement but also huge amounts of focus.

Rozicki comes with dangers. A very tough man with a huge punch and a solid work-rate. I need to be focused throughout the fight, stick to the game-plan and take my opportunity when it comes.

To be boxing back home for a fifth time is something that I am so honoured to be able to do. The support the town has given me throughout my career has been nothing short of sensational. We have huge sporting momentum in the town with the Cherries qualifying for Europe and I plan on keeping up that momentum next Saturday.

This week also marked the three-year anniversary of the stadium World Title triumph. Next Saturday I will achieve another Hometown Glory.

Thank you all for your support.

Big love,

CBS
