Gabriel missed the fifth and decisive spot-kick after the match finished 1-1 after both normal time and extra time.
With Arsenal players inconsolable in Budapest, Chelsea's social media admin decided to twist the knife.
Before Gabriel's penalty even touched solid ground, the Blues advertised their Stamford Bridge stadium tour on X.
Posted seconds after the result was confirmed, it read: "Come and visit London’s Home of Trophies."

The post was accompanied with two star emojis to reflect their two Champions League wins - and an image of the trophy itself.
Meanwhile, ex-Chelsea defender Jason Cundy delivered a ferocious 'Has Anyone Seen' on talkSPORT while dressed in a PSG shirt.
Cundy then said: "Arsenal are the biggest failures in Europe. Their record in Europe stinks.
"They deserved to win the Premier League. They did not deserve to win the Champions League."
Arsenal's misery sparks rivals' joy
Chelsea weren't the only club to twist the knife as Nottingham Forest also flexed their Champions League success.
Shortly after Gabriel's penalty miss, Forest posted an image of their 1980 success on X.

John Robertson, who scored the winner in the final against Hamburg, is seen holding the trophy aloft.
Tottenham Hotspur striker Richarlison posted a video on Instagram of a boy laughing hysterically after full-time.
His teammate Djed Spence responded to an Arsenal post on X from February of him losing the ball in their 4-1 derby defeat.
"Locked up," Arsenal said of the Spurs defender, who then replied with an emoji of a padlock being unlocked.
Erling Haaland also joined in, with the Manchester City star smiling with some friends in a selfie.
And of course, talkSPORT's resident Spurs fan Jamie O'Hara couldn't help but poke fun at their rivals.
