New DOF at West Ham spells end of Sullivan power

**It’s set to be a huge couple of weeks at West Ham as Daniel Kretinsky increases his power, continuing with the appointment of a new Director of Football.**

Following what was a clear shift in power last week, with Nuno Espirito Santo retained as manager of the club for our return to the Championship after 14 years, which was clearly against the desire of hugely unpopular Chairman David Sullivan.

Fans as a whole in east London have expressed their desire to see Sullivan lose power, which could well take another big step forward in the coming days, with Kretinsky shaping the club in a modern fashion, and in turn moving away from the status quo that most have come to loathe under Sullivan.

A new DOF will kickstart a huge shift off the pitch, with it understood a full revamp of the back room staff to work with Nuno set to follow, which has been further emphasised by the resignation of Max Hahn, who held a senior position in the clubs recruitment team.

This appointment will also be symbolic in who is now running the show, which could also well coincide with Kretinksy increasing his shares and we finally see Sullivan pushed aside.
