Suffolk Police was called to Ipswich Waterfront at about 20:07 BST on Saturday after receiving reports of a "large fight" that it said had left one person injured.
Footage shared on social media showed several men punching and kicking one another with one man apparently unconscious on the ground as people in a nearby bar watched.
Another video, meanwhile, showed a group of men seemingly goading Gunners fans after they lost 4-3 on penalties to Paris Saint-Germain.

With the score level after full time and 30 minutes of extra time, PSG won on penalties to lift the trophy for the second successive year.
