Sean Neave of Newcastle United (62) takes a nasty tumble against Fulham

Sean Neave admits he is in the dark about what next season will hold for him amid suggestions he could go out on loan.
The Newcastle United youngster made his Premier League debut in the final game of the season, coming off the bench with 13 minutes remaining against Fulham at Craven Cottage.
It was reward for a campaign of hard work, patience and promise for the 18-year-old. Neave has been a regular fixture in Eddie Howe's first team squad, both training and travelling with the team, but despite multiple appearances on the bench he had never came on in a league fixture.
However, his cameo against Fulham - and the last few minutes he got in the Champions League tie against Qarabag - have given the Winlaton youngster a taste for more, although he knows it may be that he has to go out on loan somewhere to continue his development.
"Just playing for this club, I'm a boyhood fan and it's just a surreal moment," Neave said. "I didn't think anytime soon I'd be playing for this club but it's come this season and I really appreciate the staff and the gaffer for giving me my opportunities.
"Coming on and having a sniff of it just makes me want to push and start a few games next season, get in the team a lot more and just keep playing.
"I don't know what's going to bring next season but hopefully it's good news. Hopefully I can get more and more moments like this for the club.
"It's going to be a big summer for me, whether I stay at the club or go out on loan. I don't know what's going to happen yet so whatever happens I'm just going to take it in my stride and obviously do my very best. Hopefully next season is a good season for me."
The teenager sprung to prominence the previous season when he picked up a Carabao Cup winners medal after being named on the bench for the final despite never having played a first team game.
Neave has had to be patient this term, with more first team bench duties punctuated by games for the Under-21s, where he has continued to bang in the goals.
Manager Eddie Howe is likely to keep the forward as part of his pre-season plans, with the likes of Yoane Wissa, Nick Woltemade and Anthony Elanga set to report back late after their World Cup exertions. Several of United's young stars will be needed for pre-season games, before a decision is made as to whether they remain part of the first team squad or go out on loan.
