British clubs fared extremely well in Europe during the 2025/26 season, with Aston Villa and Crystal Palace securing European titles. Villa won the Europa League after thrashing Freiburg 3-0 on May 20, while Palace beat Rayo Vallecano 1-0 on May 27.

Arsenal had the chance to make it a clean sweep for the Premier League but narrowly lost out to PSG as their wait for a major European trophy goes on.

But Mikel Arteta's team made the most cash out of the 12 British clubs in Europe. They recorded a staggering £123.9 million, according to Football Meets Data.

Liverpool reached the quarter-finals before being eliminated by eventual winners PSG and earned £94.7 million. Manchester City, who were knocked out by Real Madrid in the last-16, made £83.9 million. Chelsea pocketed £79.7 million, Tottenham claimed £73 million and Newcastle United bagged £55.7 million. They were also eliminated in the last-16.

Aston Villa pocketed a cool £35.5 million after winning the Europa League, with Nottingham Forest securing £20.9 million, having reached the semi-finals of the competition.

Crystal Palace earned £17.7 million after winning the Conference League.

As for the Scottish clubs, Rangers and Celtic registered £15 million and £14.5 million, respectively. Rangers failed to advance from the Europa League league phase, while Celtic lost to Stuttgart in the Europa League knockout phase play-offs. Aberdeen finished 35th in the Conference League standings and failed to win a single game, making £4.3 million.
