Juventus’ interest in Emi Martinez is reportedly cooling due to Aston Villa’s demands regarding a potential sale.
The Old Lady identified Martinez as their primary target to become their new number one after missing out on Alisson, with Liverpool blocking his exit.
Martinez is said to be open to joining Juventus after agreeing personal terms, but that has left the Italian club needing to reach an agreement with Villa.
According to Di Marzio, that agreement is currently a long way off, with Juventus even considering alternative options as a result.
Villa reportedly want €10 million for Martinez, along with ‘hard-to-reach’ bonuses, but these demands are considered too excessive for Juventus.

As a result, Tottenham goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario has emerged as another target for the Italian club, who are now considering a move for the 29-year-old.
Meanwhile, Villa have been assessing options in preparation for the possibility that Martinez leaves.
Zion Suzuki, James Trafford, and Robin Risser are among the goalkeepers Villa have tracked in recent months.
Martinez came close to leaving Villa 12 months ago, but Manchester United opted to sign Senne Lammens instead on deadline day in September.
If he does leave, he would depart as a club legend after winning the Europa League and helping Villa once again qualify for the Champions League for a second season in three years.
