Aston Villa Women New Signing Amalie Vangsgaard Adds'Proven Quality'

Aston Villa Women have announced the signing of Denmark international Amalie Vangsgaard from Serie A side Juventus for an undisclosed fee.
Vangsgaard has so far amassed 46 caps for Denmark, and the forward has scored 14 goals for her country.
During a two-year stint with Juve, she scored 11 goals in 62 appearances, while Paris Saint-Germain, Linköpings, and Fortuna Hjørring are listed among her other former clubs.
Marisa Ewers, Director of Women’s Football told avfc.co.uk: “She’s a player with proven quality and experience at the highest level, and we’re delighted to bring her to Aston Villa.
“She will add valuable quality to the group as we continue building towards our ambitions for the new season.”
