Women's Italian Cup 2026/27 | Format, schedule and Juventus' route

The 2026/27 Women’s Italian Cup will officially kick off on August 30. The competition, organised by the FIGC, will feature 26 teams at the start, with seeding based on the final standings of last season’s Serie A and Serie B league tables, and the last two spots reserved for the teams newly promoted to Serie B, who will compete in the preliminary round.

Roma enter the tournament as the defending champions, while Juventus will enter the competition in the second round, scheduled for December.

Eligibility for the competition is determined by the official rankings published by the FIGC.

Here is the tournament bracket:

Preliminary round: The teams ranked 23rd through 26th in the standings will participate. The two winners advance to the first round.

Second Round: The top eight teams in the standings, including Juventus, enter the competition.
