Real Madrid to earn around €15 million after Mario Gila’s move to Milan

Real Madrid academy product Mario Gila is set to sign for AC Milan as Lazio and the rossoneri have already finalized an agreement for the player’s transfer. Milan will pay the Rome-based side €30 million, half of which will go directly to Real Madrid.

Real Madrid has brought in a substantial amount of money this summer transfer window through the sales of several academy products. The Spanish club have already earned €60 million from Nico Paz’s transfer to Como, €20 million for Víctor Muñoz, who moved from Osasuna to Liverpool, €12.5 million from Álvaro Rodríguez’s transfer from Elche to Bournemouth and €3.5 million for Mario Martín’s move to Getafe.

Real Madrid originally transferred Mario Gila to Lazio in 2022, with the Italian club paying €6 million for 50% of his rights. Los Blancos kept the remaining 50%.
