In order to do so, the club will manage and operate council car parks on home matchdays. The process will be digitised and as a result, all car park bookings must be made in advance. Spaces will be sold via the club’s online ticketing platform and these arrangements will be in place for the upcoming pre-season friendly matches.
Leeds have also confirmed the Fullerton Car Park will not be in use for the 2026/27 campaign due to the work being done on the West Stand. The club have secured replacement parking off-site.
A spokesperson for Leeds said: “The club and the council continue to work together on development proposals for the ground, surrounding area, and matchday operations.
“These new arrangements are part of wider travel plan arrangements for match days aimed at preventing vehicles queuing back from car parks onto the public highway, which will aid the overall traffic congestion situation.

“There will be a number of further announcements in due course in relation to car parking and other changes at Elland Road over the upcoming season and we thank supporters for their patience whilst the ongoing redevelopment works take place.”
Leeds will return to Elland Road on August 8 to host Bundesliga outfit RB Leipzig in a friendly. They will then welcome FC Augsburg to LS11 on August 15 before entertaining Brentford in their first home game of the Premier League season on August 29.
