We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed person to join our team and help us make a positive impact in our communities.

As Project Delivery Officer - Forever Tigers, you will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination, development and delivery of the Forever Tigers project, funded through the Premier League Fans Fund.

You will use Hull City AFC's heritage, identity and fan culture to strengthen connections between the Club, supporters and local communities through meaningful engagement activities. The role will focus on delivering intergenerational heritage programmes, memorabilia sessions, community outreach, coffee mornings, storytelling activities, volunteer opportunities and fan engagement initiatives.

Working closely with the Adult Engagement Manager, Head of Community, Engagement and Safeguarding, supporters, community partners and Hull City AFC, you will ensure high-quality, inclusive and accessible delivery that improves wellbeing, reduces social isolation and creates a stronger sense of belonging among participants.

You will support the achievement of project outcomes, monitoring requirements and Premier League Foundation objectives while ensuring all activity is delivered in accordance with safeguarding, equality, diversity and inclusion and organisational policies.

Key accountabilities of the role:

Plan, coordinate and deliver the Forever Tigers programme across Hull and the East Riding.

Deliver heritage, memorabilia, reminiscence and intergenerational activities that strengthen connections between Hull City AFC, supporters and local communities.

Develop and maintain positive relationships with supporters, fan groups, community partners, schools and care providers.

Attend all fan groups led by Hull City AFC

Support the development of the Tigers Trust Arena Heritage Hub and oversee community outreach activity.

Recruit, support and develop volunteers to assist with project delivery and participant engagement.

Monitor project performance, collect outcome data and maintain accurate records using systems such as Salesforce.

Lead on project evaluation, reporting and sharing impact with funders and stakeholders.

Conduct risk assessments and ensure all delivery complies with safeguarding, health and safety, GDPR and equality standards.

Contribute to the promotion and celebration of the project through events, communications and fan engagement opportunities.

Be prepared to work flexibly to meet the needs of the organisation and the project.
