Holland joined Chelsea at Under-8 level and has progressed through the Academy at Cobham, developing into a composed and intelligent midfielder.
He has shown strong leadership qualities throughout his youth career and, during his Under-16 season, was included in the leadership group while also making appearances for the Under-18s as a schoolboy.
After signing his scholarship ahead of the 2025/26 season, Holland quickly established himself as a regular in the Under-18 squad with consistent performances.
At 16 years old, the midfielder was named in the matchday squad for the Carabao Cup semi-final against Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium in February 2026.
On the international stage, Holland has regularly represented England throughout his development pathway.
