Crawley Town have completed the signing of striker Gianmarco Di Biase from Juventus. The 20-year-old joins the Reds on a two-year contract with an option for a third.
Born in Empoli, Di Biase began his career with local side Empoli before joining Pistoiese's academy in 2019. Promoted to the first team in 2022, he made his senior debut aged 16 and scored his first goal later that year, becoming Pistoiese's youngest goalscorer since 1937.
He finished his time at the club with 36 appearances, 12 goals and three assists.
In January 2023, Di Biase signed for Juventus, with the deal worth a reported €350,000, before returning to Pistoiese on loan for the remainder of the season. He joined Juventus on a permanent basis ahead of the 2023–24 campaign and was initially part of the club's Under-19 side.

He joined Pergolettese on loan in February 2025 before moving to Bra on loan in August 2025.
Having secured the signature of the forward, Head Coach Colin Kazim-Richards said: “Gianmarco is a player who is technically sound on both feet. In terms of finishing, he has a great goalscoring instinct, especially at his young age. He’s used to scoring, and he wants to score all the time; it’s like he can smell the goal. He has a versatile running ability, but one of his main assets is his mindset.
"He is a winner and is ready to go through a brick wall for his team. He is someone who will definitely be able to impact the team, and it also shows, as a club, the direction we are going in to be able to sign a player from a team like Juventus. We had to work hard to get Gianmarco in the building, and I am delighted that we did!”
This deal is subject to the relevant EFL, FA and Fifa approvals.
