Coventry City are set to sign Burnley winger Loum Tchaouna in a £20m transfer deal that is being deemed a 'top priority' for Frank Lampard.
The 22-year-old looks set to join the Sky Blues with relegated Burnley facing the prospect of cashing in on their saleable assets.
It represents a good profit for Burnley with them paying £12m to Lazio for his services, just twelve months ago.
With the Clarets changing place with Lampard's side, so too is Tchaouna, who will take his raw pace and athleticism to the CBS Arena.
The left-footed right-winger made 14 starts in 29 appearances for a struggling side last season, but his attacking play won him a lot of admirers.
He operates naturally on the right wing, but can also be played on the left or even as a support striker, such is his flexibility.
Transfer specialist Fabrizio Romana is reporting a done deal with a £20m package for Lampard to get his player ahead of the new campaign.
