The 34-year-old had spent last season at promotion rivals Artis Brno, where he made 16 appearances as they finished one position above his new side in 2025/26.
Holy, who had a three-year spell at Portman Road between 2019 and 2022, returned to his homeland in 2024, following his release from Carlisle United.

He initially played for Baník Most-Souš in the third-tier, having spent seven years in England, including two seasons at Gillingham.
The 6ft 9in keeper signed for Town under Paul Lambert in the summer of 2019. He went on to play 65 games for the Blues, keeping 28 clean-sheets during his spell in Suffolk.
Holy also spent time on loan at Port Vale and Cambridge United, before departing Ipswich to join Carlisle in 2022, helping them win promotion to League One in 2022/23.
However, he then lost his place as they were relegated back to the fourth tier the following campaign.
