Aston Villa have enquired about the situation of Pervis Estupinan, who is expected to leave AC Milan this summer, according to a report.
Estupinan joined Milan from Brighton last summer in a deal worth a little less than €20m. Pretty quickly, however, he lost his starting spot to the youngster Davide Bartesaghi and never really got it back during the season.

Aside from a winner in the derby against Inter, it was an underwhelming season from him to say the least. As such, as has been reported before, the Rossoneri are open to parting ways with the left-back this summer.
Estupinan to Aston Villa?
In his latest YouTube video, Matteo Moretto shared an update on the Ecuadorian, stating that a return to the Premier League could perhaps be on the cards. Indeed, Aston Villa have enquired about his situation, initiating contacts. It remains to be seen if things will progress from there, though.
“There is a player who could leave Milan this summer, namely Estupinian. You know he’s on the market, Milan will listen to offers for him, and there’s a club that has come forward in the last few hours asking for the terms and figures for Estupinian.
“That club is Aston Villa. They have enquired about the situation, but there are no official written offers at the moment. That said, there have certainly been contacts between the parties to understand the feasibility of the operation,” he stated.
