The Belgian midfielder has been at Villa for three years.
Villa star Youri Tielemans is set to sign for Manchester United in a £35million deal.

And Manchester United have triggered a release clause for the 29-year-old, understood to be worth £35m.
The move is at an advanced stage, with Tielemans set for an Old Trafford medical on Tuesday.

Villa, meanwhile, are closing in on the club-record buy of Switzerland attacking midfielder Johan Manzambi.
The club have hijacked Newcastle United’s move for the talented Swiss attacker, 20, and a deal worth almost £60m is in the works.
