Pierce Charles and Sverre Nypan will both spend next season out on loan from Manchester City

Manchester City sanctioned two loans in a matter of hours over the weekend with Sverre Nypan and Pierce Charles exiting the Etihad.
The latter completed his move from Sheffield Wednesday before departing for Championship club Queens Park Rangers, while Nypan has moved to fellow City Football Group side Lommel in Belgium.
The double departure added to the exits of Oliver Whatmuff to Stockport County - though the youngster has since been temporarily recalled to bolster City's goalkeeping ranks during their pre-season campaign - and Mathys Detourbet to Monaco. All four moves will be under scrutiny as City seek to secure the best loan moves for youngsters and fringe players.
Too many City loans didn't work out last season. Claudio Echeverri went to Bayer Leverkusen and barely played before spending the second half of the campaign alongside Vitor Reis at Girona and failing to keep the club in La Liga as they were relegated to the second tier.
Nypan went to Middlesbrough, but by January was back in the City set-up after the loan was scrapped. Nypan spent the second half of the season playing in the academy and the 19-year-old will now hope to kick on with regular minutes.
Lommel are back in the top flight after winning promotion last term and Nypan's move will perhaps be an indicator of City ensuring lessons are learnt from those moves that didn't work out last term.
"I already feel at home in Lommel," he said on signing. "You immediately notice that this is a real family club with outstanding facilities. I see this as the ideal place to develop at this stage of my career. I'm looking forward to showing what I can do on the pitch and meeting the fans.”
Sporting Director Jeffrey van As added: "With Sverre, we are bringing in a young and creative midfielder. Despite his age, he has already gained experience at the highest level and has trained with Manchester City's first team. He will be a great addition to our midfield, and we are looking forward to seeing him in action for Lommel."
Nypan will be hoping to play regularly and build further senior experience, something that applies across the board to the four loan exits that have been completed so far. City will hope for more hits than misses with their loan departures this term.
