The 23-year-old is expected to complete a move to the Spanish club later this week as he searches for more game-time.
Garcia has made only 18 appearances since joining from Levante for £5million in January, 2025.
His only Premier League start of last season came in the final day 2-1 win at Manchester City, when he was taken off at half-time.

That will mean even fewer opportunities for Garcia, for whom a loan move is viewed as the best way to help his development.
