Victor Munoz is a World Cup finalist with Spain, who beat France 2-0 in their last-four clash on Tuesday.
New Liverpool forward Munoz – signed from Osasuna this summer – was an unused substitute for his nation in Dallas.
A penalty converted by Mikel Oyarzabal put Spain in front midway through the first half and their semi-final success was sealed via Pedro Porro’s finish just before the hour mark.
Spain will meet either Argentina or England in the 2026 final on Sunday.
