Manchester United are reportedly showing an interest in signing Real Madrid star Eduardo Camavinga as they continue their summer transfer business. United have had a busy week on the transfer front with three new additions being confirmed in recent days.

United signed Andrey Santos from Chelsea in a £50million deal, while Youri Tielemans has arrived in a £35million move from Aston Villa after the Reds agreed to pay the release clause in his contract.

A deal was also wrapped up to sign goalkeeper Karl Darlow on a free transfer following the expiration of his contract with Leeds United.

Even though United have signed three players within a week, the club are still being credited with an interest in adding more new faces to their squad before the transfer window closes.

Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano has claimed that Camavinga has emerged as a target for United amid uncertainty surrounding his future at Real Madrid.

It has been reported by Romano on his YouTube channel that United have "internally" discussed the idea of signing Camavinga before the transfer window closes.

United are reported to want to sign another midfielder despite already adding Santos and Tielemans to their squad, with Roma star Manu Kone also mentioned as a potential target.

"Man Utd are considering a few options before deciding who is the player they want," Romano said. "Another option mentioned internally in the meetings has been Eduardo Camavinga.

"So, Camavinga, Manu Kone, defensive midfielder who can run, who can help with intensity, also physical. So this is what Man Utd are looking for.

"Camavinga doesn't want to leave Real Madrid this summer. Camavinga wants to stay, Camavinga wants to be an important part of Real Madrid project next season.

"The Camavinga story could only be possible if the player decides to go. So this is why the deal for Camavinga is complicated."

There have been suggestions that Camavinga could be available for around £43million, whilst the France international continues to face an uncertain future at the Santiago Bernabeu.

It remains to be seen what the future holds for Camavinga with the summer transfer window in full swing, with Ederson's future also up in the air.

United had agreed a £38.8million deal to sign the Atalanta star, but there is now uncertainty surrounding whether or not he will move to Old Trafford, with the Reds since going on to spend £85million on Santos and Tielemans.
