The 37-year-old announced his retirement from playing last month, having spent the last two years at the Dubai based club, who were only founded three years ago.
Pringle replaces Sonny Cobbs, who is also the founder and chairman. They finished seventh in the United Arab Emirates’ third tier last season.

Posting on Instagram, Pringle wrote: "Delighted to be named first-team head coach of Precision.
"Thank you to Sonny and Toby for putting their trust in me, can't wait to get going."
The former midfielder spent time on loan at Town from Fulham in the second half of the 2015/16 season under Mick McCarthy.
Pringle went on to make ten appearances for the Blues, scoring twice during his spell at Portman Road.
