Ex-Blackpool defender Elkan Baggott has joined Millwall in a permanent deal from Ipswich Town.
Former Blackpool loanee Elkan Baggott has been presented with a new challenge following 12 months of limited game time with Ipswich Town.
The centre back was with the Seasiders during the 2024/25 campaign, having previously experienced temporary stints with the likes of Bristol Rovers and Cheltenham Town in League One.
Unfortunately, the 23-year-old’s time in Tangerine proved to be frustrating due to injury.

Despite being forced to come back from two extended periods on the sidelines, Baggott was able to impress when he was fully fit, and made 20 appearances in total.
Despite penning an extended contract with Ipswich upon his return to Portman Road last summer, opportunities proved scarce for the Indonesian international.
With just two FA Cup outings, and nothing in the Championship, coming Baggott’s way, his time with the The Tractor Boys has now come to an end.
The defender has now joined Millwall on a permanent deal for an undisclosed fee on a long-term contract.

"I'm delighted to bring Elkan to the club," the Lions’ Director of Football Steve Gallen told the South East London club’s in-house media.
"He's a player we've been tracking for some time now, and we've followed his development closely - both at Ipswich Town and through his loan spells in the EFL, where he has picked up valuable experience against senior, physical opposition.
"He's a good age, has a real appetite to improve and fits the profile we look for defensively. Elkan comes in to bolster our defensive options in an area that has been a real strength for us in recent seasons and we're confident he'll add real competition and quality to that group.
"We're pleased he's chosen to join and we're looking forward to seeing him progress here."
