It comes after last week's announcement that the Blues winger had joined Team Raiola.
Former England Under-21 international Philogene joined Ipswich in a £20m deal from Aston Villa in January 2025. He scored 13 goals last season, many of them spectacular strikes, to help the club make an instant return to the Premier League.
However, there has been plenty of speculation that he could depart Portman Road this summer, with Bologna linked with a move last month.
The EADT and Ipswich Star understand that there's interest in Philogene from Premier League and foreign clubs.
The Villans are believed to have installed a sell-on fee in the aforementioned deal for the 24-year-old, which would see them take a percentage of any fee Ipswich receive if he is allowed to leave this summer.
Alex's verdict
Fabrizio Romano is obviously one of the strongest sources when it comes to transfer news, so hearing news of a potential Philogene exit from him feels quite surprising.
The expectation was that, after firing Town to promotion last season, he would stick around in Suffolk to give the Premier League another go.
Despite the report, I still think there's a strong chance that it happens, but there seems to be noise behind the scenes surrounding his future. He clearly has high aspirations, and it remains to be seen what the impact of Kieran McKenna's departure will be.
We'll have to see if any team does make an approach to Ipswich this summer and how much a potential deal would cost. You'd imagine that a significant fee would be needed - he'd be a huge loss if he did depart.
