Manchester United's next move could be becoming clearer after their signing of Youri Tielemans. The Red Devils have been busy of late, moving for Tielemans and Andrey Santos after deciding not to sign Ederson due to concerns over the player's medical.
But Michael Carrick's midfield overhaul is not done yet, with three midfield signings requested to ensure the overall standard is improved, and that Casemiro is replaced. United are preparing for a Champions League campaign, and if there is anything we have learned from the top clubs in the competition in recent years, it's that elite midfields are the key to true success.
But the Red Devils also have other needs, and they are once again looking within the Premier League to address them.

One position where United are sorely lacking is at left-back, where Luke Shaw is the only senior option. Diego León is also an option, but he lacks experience, which is going to be a concern for Carrick, especially given the level of competition the Red Devils will compete in this season.
That's not to mention the fact Shaw is now 31 years of age and very much an injury-prone player. It's for that reason, according to The Guardian, that United are interested in a move for Newcastle United star Lewis Hall. Hall has established himself as one of the best young Premier League full-backs, and there has been talk of an asking price of at least £55million, while the price could be much higher.
Newcastle have already sold Sandro Tonali and Anthony Gordon this summer, and they are not certain to keep Bruno Guimaraes. Eddie Howe will be desperate not to lose more talent as the Magpies look to get back to qualifying for Europe this coming season.
Hall is still only 21 years of age, and there have been reports that he is keen on a move to Old Trafford should he leave St James' Park this summer.

Hall has established himself as one of the best left-backs in the Premier League with steady performances for Newcastle. TalkSport pundit Jason Cundy said back in March: "I think that consistently, Lewis Hall has been, without a doubt, for me, the best English left back in the country. He has had a brilliant season, he's top drawer all over the pitch.
"He attacks, his positional sense, his weight of cross, his pass, his energy levels...He knows when to support the wide man, knows when to overlap, he's a brilliant player.
"Lewis Hall, from when I saw him at Chelsea to now...I think he could actually move to a top five or six club in the world. I think he's got that in him, I'm not joking, he could be at Real Madrid. I think he could be that good. It's a big statement, but I've seen him develop and Newcastle fans won't thank me for saying this, but he really is that good. I think he could [go on to play for Real Madrid]. You think about other left-backs around the world, we'll see this summer where he really is. He is top, top drawer."
