Juventus not advancing its interest in player wanted by Spalletti

Juventus are one of the clubs linked with a move for Davide Frattesi, as Luciano Spalletti hopes to reunite with the Inter Milan midfielder at the Allianz Stadium.

The manager previously worked with Frattesi while he was in charge of the Italian national team, and the midfielder produced impressive performances during that period. Spalletti believes the player can continue to perform at a high level under his guidance at Juventus.

Inter Milan are open to selling Frattesi, and his possible departure is connected with their interest in Liverpool midfielder Curtis Jones. The Nerazzurri want to bring Jones to the club, but they need to sell players before completing that deal.

Juventus Consider Frattesi Move

Juventus are interested in Frattesi despite the fact that the midfielder previously rejected their advances before choosing to join Inter Milan.

Spalletti has specifically requested the signing of the Italian midfielder, but according to Tuttojuve, the Bianconeri are currently not making significant progress in their attempts to bring him to Turin.

The report states that Juventus consider other transfer targets to be more important for their plans ahead of the new season. The club are focusing on completing other deals before deciding whether Frattesi should become a priority.

Frattesi Situation Remains Open

If Juventus finish their other transfer business and still believe they need another midfielder, they could return with an approach for Frattesi.

However, the midfielder is not currently at the top of their list of priorities, with the club concentrating on several other areas that require attention.

Frattesi remains an attractive option because of his quality, experience and previous relationship with Spalletti. A move could still become possible later in the transfer window if Juventus change their plans or create space for another midfield addition.

For now, the Bianconeri appear willing to wait before deciding whether to make a serious move for the Inter Milan player.
