It is being reported by various sources that Comotto will sign his contract renewal with Milan, which will tie him to the club for another five seasons. The midfielder – fresh from a highly successful loan spell at Spezia – remains one of the most sought-after talents in the youth system.

MilanNews reports that Milan managed to secure Comotto despite enquiries from Juventus, Bologna, Parma and Fiorentina in recent times. They were able to do so as his agent and the player were convinced by the path drawn out for his development.
Speaking of which, the teenager is now being evaluated by Ruben Amorim in the senior squad as part of the preseason training camp. The new coach, together with the club and Comotto’s entourage, will determine the best choice for his immediate future.
