Manchester United have secured the services of three teenage midfielders from their rivals Liverpool and Manchester City.
This summer, the Red Devils have decided to allocate the majority of their transfer kitty to their midfield reboot after parting ways with Casemiro and losing Manuel Ugarte to a long-term injury.
United have already spent circa £85 million on Andrey Santos and Youri Tielemans, and they’re expected to add one more player to round off the department, with Manu Kone and Alex Scott considered the top targets.

In addition to signing first-team midfielders, INEOS are also keen to bolster their youth ranks with top-notch players in the middle of the park.
This policy has been embedded by the club’s co-owner Sir Jim Ratcliffe, who is keen to restore Man Utd’s academy to its former glory. Therefore, Jason Wilcox and Co. have been snapping up talent from England and beyond.
Their most recent acquisition was 18-year-old Tynan Thompson, an English winger who could be given the chance to impress with the seniors in pre-season.
But while Thompson has already signed for MUFC on Monday, three 16-year-old starlets are expected to follow suit, reveals Carrington insider Sully in his latest update on Roundtable.
The journalist confirms that United have effectively snapped up Isaac Konde from Liverpool, as well as Man City duo David Eze and Karim Cassim.

Interestingly, all three players can play in the middle of the park, but they possess different attributes.
Konde is considered the most potent in attack among the trio, as he’s also capable of playing on the wings, particularly on the left flank.
As for Eze, he can occupy various roles in midfield, but he’s mainly considered a box-to-box midfielder who excels in carrying the ball forward. The teenager has English and Irish passports but has represented the Three Lions five times at the U15 level and nine times at the U16.
On the other hand, his teammate, Cassim, has played three times for England U17. He is comfortable playing as a holding midfielder or in a more advanced role.
