As per the latest news, Man United striker Joshua Zirkzee could soon leave Old Trafford. Juventus have made contact over a transfer. The Dutch forward is also linked with a move as the Italian side chase Randal Kolo Muani. His future now looks uncertain.
As reported by the Manchester Evening News, the Red Devils forward has received calls, texts and video messages from Juventus in recent days. The Serie A club wants to replace Dusan Vlahovic, who left Turin once his contract ran out. As a result, Juventus are checking who is available this summer.
That interest has quietly become one of Juventus’ top goals. Old admirers from his Bologna days still remember his talent well. Kolo Muani remains, however, Juventus’ top target. PSG have so far held out for £42.5million, well above the £34million Juventus have offered for the French forward. That gap has kept other names in play. One of them is the Old Trafford forward.
In 56 Premier League appearances since joining from Bologna in 2024, Joshua Zirkzee has managed only five goals. United paid £36.5 million to sign him that summer, hoping he would grow into a regular starter. Those numbers explain the continued interest from Serie A clubs. His form during his Bologna years is still well regarded in Italy. It is a quiet return for a player once seen as one of Dutch **football**‘s brightest names.

Man Utd’s attack is already crowded
As reported by Sports Mole, Joshua Zirkzee is not desperate to leave this summer. He reportedly feels a busier season could bring him more minutes. The club now plays in the Champions League too. That would mark a significant change from last season. Back then, few starts made it hard to find any rhythm.
Still, the arrivals of Bryan Mbeumo, Benjamin Sesko and Matheus Cunha pushed him down the list. They joined last summer. Regular starts have been hard to find since. He also failed to score in a pre-season defeat to Wrexham.
Meanwhile, the club has other issues to resolve too. Barcelona opted against a permanent deal for Marcus Rashford, meaning that move fell through. Ugarte’s chances of leaving have also dropped after he picked up a World Cup injury. None of this touches the Dutch forward directly. But it shows just how busy this window has been for the Red Devils.

Elsewhere, as reported by Football365, Italian outlets claim the forward has already agreed to explore a move away from England. Former Netherlands star Ruud Gullit even said the move to Manchester was wrong from the start. He argued a return to Serie A always made more sense.
Such claims have popped up before, though. They have not always led anywhere, so some caution is still fair here. Club chiefs have not confirmed any exit, and the picture stays unclear for now. A decision could land within days, and it could still end with him staying or leaving.
Fans are left waiting to see which club he will represent next. Clarity should not be far off, and a move to Turin would suit both sides. But staying and competing for a starting place is still a real option. This is truer now, with a fuller fixture list ahead.
